Richard Gavin, a former member of the US Coast Guard (1995-2001), exemplifies a career built on discipline and dedication. Following his tenure with the Coast Guard, Richard assumed a critical role as the supervisor of the operating room at Walter Reed Medical Center during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). His leadership and expertise in medical operations were integral in providing exceptional care to injured servicemen and women.
Transitioning from his role in healthcare, Richard entered the medical sales arena, where he spent a decade as a senior sales representative at Medtronic's neurological division. This period was marked by his adept skills in fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and introducing innovative solutions that improved patient outcomes.
In 2011, Richard Gavin co-founded a home infusion pharmacy company based in Ridgewood, NJ. Serving as the Chief Operating Officer, he played a pivotal role in establishing the company's presence in the Northeast region, with a focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care. The company is committed to aiding patients in managing pain and spasticity, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
